Water Troubles
Celeste gives you Water Troubles to investigate the district's water by locating the Flood Access Tunnel, finding the water intake, and sampling the water. Complete all three objectives in this order during one raid to earn 3 Mechanical Components, 3 Simple Gun Parts, 3 Steel Springs, and 5000 XP.

The objectives only count if you finish all of them in the same raid. Die or extract early and you start over, so plan the route before you drop in.

Locate the Flood Access Tunnel
On Dam Battlegrounds, locate the Flood Access Tunnel under the Red Lake Balcony. This is the first objective, so complete it before moving on.

Find the water intake
Find the intake to the District's Water Supply on Dam Battlegrounds. Continue in the same raid and complete this after locating the tunnel.

Sample the water
Sample the water after finding the intake. All three objectives must be completed in one raid, so dying or extracting early resets the quest.
