Drop in on wipe day, not three weeks late

Every Rust server has a clock running. On wipe day the map is born again: nobody has a base, nobody has a gun, and the whole beach is in the same sprint for stone and wood. Three weeks later the same server is a different game: an established clan in every valley, heli farmed on schedule, a stone wall where your spot used to be.

What changes on day one

Fairness. PVP means spears and bows, not an AK against a T-shirt. The resources near the beach are still standing. And there is a real chance to claim territory before the map fills up. Arriving late is not playing the same game: it is touring other people's bases.

How to find the right server

That is what Wyped is for. The Rust server list shows how long until each server wipes and how long ago the last one was, with filters by country, type and population. Pick one that just turned, connect through Steam and hit the beach with everyone else.
