Trader Tian Wen
The Major's Footlocker
Tian Wen gives you The Major's Footlocker to recover Major Aiva's mementos, which are connected to her mother. Complete both objectives in order during one raid to receive the Hullcracker Blueprint and 2500 XP.
All in one raid
The objectives only count if you finish all of them in the same raid. Die or extract early and you start over, so plan the route before you drop in.

Extract with Major Aiva's Mementos, then deliver them to Tian Wen. Both objectives must be completed in the same raid, so dying before the delivery resets the quest.
