Search for the clue left by the restaurant kitchen staff on Riven Tides. You must complete all four objectives in one raid and in order, so dying or extracting before finishing resets the quest.

Use the sketch to identify the area it portrays on Riven Tides. This is the second objective, so complete it after finding the clue.

Dig up the buried part

Dig up the buried part on Riven Tides after finding the area from the sketch. This gives you the Precision Gimbal needed for the final objective.

Extract with the Precision Gimbal, then deliver it to Tian Wen. Do not extract before completing the earlier objectives.
