Ruins and Reverberations

Celeste gives you Ruins and Reverberations to investigate how the Emperor was brought down by connecting and activating a Spotter Relay, then redirecting power. Complete all three objectives in order during one raid to earn 2 Smoke Grenade, 1 Looting Mk. 3 (Safekeeper), 3 Electrical Components, 2 Speaker Component, and 5000 XP; dying or extracting early resets the quest.

The objectives only count if you finish all of them in the same raid. Die or extract early and you start over, so plan the route before you drop in.

Connect the Spotter Relay 1

Connect a Spotter Relay to the antenna on the roof of the Cielo Sereno Observatory. This is the first objective and must be completed before the next two.

Redirect power 2

Weld the wires in the crawlspace under the control room to redirect power. Continue in the same raid after connecting the relay.

Activate the Spotter Relay again 1

Return to the antenna and activate the Spotter Relay again. This is the final objective, so complete it before extracting.
