Celeste sends you to investigate a damaged electrical substation and the missing engineer, then install a fuse and restore the power. Complete every objective in the same raid to earn 5,000 XP, 5 Wires, 5 Explosive Compound, 5 Oil, and 1 Bag (Radio Renegade Variant).

On The Spaceport, find the Electrical Substation south of the Spaceport. Complete this objective first, because the objectives must be done in order.

After reaching the substation, find any sign of the missing engineer. You must complete this before installing the fuse.

Restore the power
Restore the power after installing the fuse. All four objectives must be completed in one raid, so dying or extracting early starts the quest over.
