Trader Tian Wen
Outstanding Balance
Tian Wen gives you Outstanding Balance to track down Dodger's stash and deal spot, then deliver Dodger's Note. Complete every objective in order during one raid to earn Extended Medium Mag III, Silencer II, Gothic Graffiti (Aviator Color), and 5,000 XP.
All in one raid
The objectives only count if you finish all of them in the same raid. Die or extract early and you start over, so plan the route before you drop in.
Step by step
In this order
-
Search Dodger's stash
On Blue Gate, search for Dodger's stash inside the Traffic Tunnel. This is the first objective, so complete it before moving to the deal spot.

-
Search Dodger's deal spot
On Blue Gate, search Dodger's deal spot by the Pilgrim's Peak antenna. You must complete this after the stash search and before extracting.

-
Deliver Dodger's Note
Extract with Dodger's Note, then deliver it to Tian Wen. All three objectives must be completed in the same raid, so dying or extracting before the searches are done starts the quest over.
