Empathetic Prototypes

Lance gives you Empathetic Prototypes to recover the Project Pathos Empathy Core from the Cargo Crate. Complete every required step in one raid, choosing either objective 2 or objective 3, to receive Canto I, two Vita Shot, and 5000 XP.

The objectives only count if you finish all of them in the same raid. Die or extract early and you start over, so plan the route before you drop in.

Reach the Trench Towers

Go to the Trench Towers in the Spaceport Trench. This is the first required step.

Do one of these
- Disable the Magnetic Lock through the Terminal
  
  Choose this option or objective 3, not both. Find the Terminal and disable the Magnetic Lock.

- Manually disable the Magnetic Lock
  
  Choose this option or objective 2, not both. Find the Magnetic Lock on the Crate and disable it manually.

In this order
1. Search the Cargo Crate
  
  After disabling the lock using either method, search the Cargo Crate. This is required before delivering the Project Pathos Empathy Core.

2. Deliver the Project Pathos Empathy Core
  
  Extract with the Project Pathos Empathy Core, then deliver it to Lance. All objectives must be completed in the same raid, so dying or extracting early starts the quest over.
